5、Character: It is colorless transparent prism or spicule or granular crystalline powder, odorless. It’s easily soluble in water and aqueous solution is acidic to litmus. It’s slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin. It will loses water at temperatures above 238℃;
6、Usage: It is used as nutritional supplement(zinc fortifier) and processing aid. It’s used in milk product, infant food, liquid and milk drinks, grain and its’ products, table salt, soft drinks, maternal formula and coco powder and other flavor nutritional solid drinks.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
