5、Character: It is colorless transparent prism or spicule or granular crystalline powder, odorless. Relative density is 1.957. Melting point is 100℃. It’s easily soluble in water and aqueous solution is acidic to litmus. It’s slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin.,it will be effloresced slowly in the dry air at room temperature.
6、Usage: It is used as nutritional supplement(zinc fortifier) and processing aid. It’s used in milk product, infant food, liquid and milk drinks, grain and its’ products, table salt, soft drinks, maternal formula and coco powder and other flavor nutritional solid drinks.
