Various measures in the use of sodium sulfate

first-aid

Skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and rinse with plenty of running water.

Eye contact: Lift the eyelid and rinse with running water or normal saline. Seek medical attention.

Inhalation: Leave the scene to a place with fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Seek medical attention.

Ingestion: Drink enough warm water, rinse mouth and induce vomiting; or drink milk or egg white. Seek medical attention.

Fire protection measures edit voice

Hazardous characteristics: No special combustion and explosion characteristics. Decomposed by high heat to produce toxic sulfide fumes.

Hazardous combustion products: sulfide.

Fire fighting method: Firefighters must wear full-body fire-proof and gas-proof clothing and put out the fire in the upwind direction. When extinguishing a fire, move the container from the fire scene to an open place as much as possible.

Emergency response editing voice

Isolate the leaking contaminated area and restrict access. It is recommended that emergency response personnel wear dust masks (full face masks) and gas-proof suits. Avoid dust, sweep up carefully, put in a bag and transfer to a safe place. If there is a large amount of leakage, cover it with plastic sheeting or canvas. Collect and recycle or transport to waste disposal sites for disposal. If it leaks, after neutralization, use the safe burial method for disposal.
